Before you begin the online process, check inside your HP inkjet print cartridge box for a postage-paid return
and recycling envelope. They are provided free of charge in many HP inkjet print cartridge boxes. If
you have a return-and-recycling envelope inside your supplies box, simply follow the instructions
for returning to HP, otherwise continue with the process below.
